本公司開發及銷售 AI agent 軟件及服務（文件、表格、手機），並就各產品網站上的購買擔任訂約方及收款商戶。

Hong Kong Blue Whale AI Technology Limited (香港藍色鯨魚人工智能科技有限公司) develops and sells AI agent software and services for documents, spreadsheets and phones: Whale LaTeX, Whale Spreadsheet and WhalePhone, under the Whaletech AI · Hong Kong brand. For every purchase made on the product sites, the Company is the contracting party and merchant of record. Card payments are billed by the Hong Kong company; the currency and exact amount are shown at checkout before you confirm. Everything we sell is delivered online to your account; no physical goods are shipped.

Prices and currency. Quoted in Hong Kong dollars (HKD) or US dollars (USD), as marked. The exact amount and currency are shown at checkout before you confirm; your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and fees.

管轄法律Governing law and jurisdiction

This site, our Terms and Conditions and any order you place with Hong Kong Blue Whale AI Technology Limited (香港藍色鯨魚人工智能科技有限公司) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the jurisdiction in which the company is incorporated and operates. Your order is processed in accordance with Hong Kong SAR law. You agree that the courts of the Hong Kong SAR have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Terms or your order.
